Michele is an advertising and market research executive with twenty years of qualitative, quantitative and syndicated research experience.  She is an industry pioneer and thought leader in the area of online advertising effectiveness and consumer insights related to media and technology usage.  For the past two years, Ms. Madansky has been running her own media and market research consulting firm.

Michele was VP of Global Market Research for Yahoo! from 2003-2007

Prior to joining Yahoo!, Michele spent her entire career in advertising.  She began her career in the Marketing Sciences group at BBDO, and became the agency's first interactive specialist. 

In 2002 Michele founded Grey Insights Partners, an analytical arm of Grey.
